Elizabeth Palmiter

Elizabeth’s career over the past 20 years has been in Information Technology and Engineering staffing, contracting, and consulting.

In 2001, during the wave of post Y2K and prior to 9/11, Elizabeth took the bold move to start her own IT consulting company. Through her dedication, belief in “Client First, Always!” she made it through the impending recession ahead, and with new clients, because then, as is today, “Client First, Always!”

Learning the ups and downs of former staffing agencies Elizabeth worked for, she took all of the knowledge she gained, and from her basement, started what is today a Direct Staffing Partners Staffing & Consulting, an SWDBE multi-million dollar Information Technology Staffing Agency headquartered out of Minneapolis, MN with employees positioned in over 15 states across the US.

The ideology of “Client First, Always” gained Elizabeth National Tier-One or Preferred Vendor status at clients such as UHG, Medtronic, Carlson Companies, Lockheed Martin, Storagetek, ADP, Emerson Rosemount, Eaton, General Mills, US Bank and many others.
